What do I need to bring?

A water bottle, comfy shoes, and loose clothing

Do I need dancing shoes?

If you have dancing shoes - please bring them. Leather soled shoes are good for dancing on the wooden floor but trainers are fine! Wear whatever you feel comfortable in.

Of course! We do a mix of partner and group dances so there will always be someone to dance with. Our club members are very friendly, open and many people who dance regularly with us now started out by coming along solo. Couples and big groups are also encouraged. Dancing is for all

The dances themselves are simple and fun - thats part of the fun. They are accessible to most people and making mistakes is part of the craic. Irish dancing is high energy and you may get a bit sweaty and out of breath. There are plenty of breaks and times to socialise included.

Do you have refreshments?

We will have plenty of water and cordial to stay hydrated. We also provide fruit, cake and nibbles during the break. All included in the ticket price.
